Meet The CEO of Niroy Flairs Creative Institute
Dorinda Yankson is a visionary leader and seasoned professional with a strong background in banking and entrepreneurship. With over a decade of experience at Fidelity Bank, she transitioned into the technical and vocational education sector, driven by a passion to empower the next generation with practical skills and entrepreneurial mindsets.
As the CEO of Niroy Flairs Creative Institute, she leads a team dedicated to transforming lives through innovative, hands-on training in fashion, cosmetology, ICT, and entrepreneurship. Under her leadership, the institute has become a hub for excellence, creativity, and socio-economic transformation, particularly among young people in Ghana.
